I teach Hatha, or flow yoga, modified for all levels. I teach to small groups in the studio, and to large groups at LA Fitness. Private lessons and corporate group classes are also available. I am confident that each person who participates in my classes, no matter their current level of practice, will have a safe, relaxing, and satisfying experience which will leave them wanting more! I am also certified to teach Senior Yoga, and I am registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200 RYT.

In addition, I am a Certified Stand Up Paddle Guide and a Yoga Alliance Certified SUP Therapy Teacher.

Experience yoga, the water and nature as never before. We will paddle to the perfect spot, anchor for yoga on the board-modified for every level of yogi. We finish our yoga session with "Savasana", or final relaxation, enhanced by the gentle flow of the water, and then paddle back to our launch site.

Single classes, discount packages, and custom group classes are available. I have stand up paddle boards designed specifically for yoga, so they are exceptionally stable.You can come to one of my currently scheduled locations, or request a SUP Yoga adventure at your favorite body of water in the Central Florida area.
