Dr. Libby's Brain Balls

This Recipe Will Satisfy Your Chocolate Craving

while providing Vitamin E, Zinc and healthy fats, beneficial for the brain, skin and immune system!


BRAIN BALLS
2 cups raw walnuts
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup cacao powder
8-10 chopped dates
1/4 cup water
small pinch of sea salt 

Combine nuts, seeds, dates and coconut in food processor until combined. Add cacao, salt and water and process until mixture forms a dough. With wet hands, form medium size balls, place on a wax paper covered tray and chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Keep the brain balls in a covered container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
